The loanees were both good I thought, Ross County showed a fantastic will to win which we never really matched and that was the difference. We need a captain or leader on the park, Wallace is a great guy and Rangers man but not captain material. We also need a manager who can instill the work ethic and will to win that Ross County showed today. Unfortunately MW has shown that he cannot motivate players to show the same commitment that our opponents showed today. In other words guys that probably earn a fraction of what our players are paid almost beat us today.

BP, no one can accuse me of a knee jerk reaction, indeed the accusation could be blind faith (worse stubbornness) as I have consistently stood by the manager however what we are seeing is unacceptable. 
It doesn't really matter what budget you have, what league you play in, in fact it doesn't matter what profession, to keep making the same mistakes over and over again is unforgivable and that is what he is doing. It is beyond frustrating as he does tick a lot of boxes for us however he is either too stubborn or stupid (I don't believe the latter) to change. 
We have a couple of players in that team who gift goals, absolute liabilities and it's being going on for over a year. That they remain in the team sits with him.  It's easy to say in hindsight but did it surprise anyone that Kiernan cost us a goal last night (2 imo) or that's Halliday would be lost and useless? 
There is a bigger picture to consider however the big picture has no bearing on the repetitive nature of our short comings  
 

I understand the point that its based over the course of a season and that there will be blips along the way, and we should finish second,but there seems to be a lack of fight,tactical nouse and an inability to change things when the cards are stacked against us. The manager looks defeated. I was a supporter of him until last night. To me it looks like he has taken the team as far as he is capable of,and a Change is needed to get us clear in second place. 
The thing is,hearts have Motherwell I think this weekend. I'd be wiling to bet the mortgage that they don't win that game.

We were beat all over the park the midfield was battered and overrun the only player in that midfield that  was playing ok was Hyndman  and what does warburton do brings him off while Halliday was still on the pitch.
warburton obviously doesn't understand if we have no midfield why the fuck would you have three forwards that become spectators  the balance of the team was shocking and yes I don't want Warburton let him run the academy and get a fuckin manager that at least understands we haven't got players of the standard of Barcelona and need a system where we at least do the basics right first of defending and making it difficult for teams to walk right through us.

We learn nothing. 
Warburton is an arrogant prick with no right to be that arrogant and he's out his depth. 

Our away record is nothing but diabolical, I've stood by Warburton up until now but taking off Hyndman has really changed things for me, Windass was honestly hopeless when he came on and offered us nothing. Hearts were playing around and through us as if we were an amateur side.
The need for change has never been more apparent, I hope he rings the changes for Saturday if he's still in charge, Senderos should be allowed to prove himself and Hodson MUST start ahead of Tav.
