Tav as an individual (which is what the award is actually about) deserves to be up. 12 assists and 7 goals with 88 chances created in 32 games from right back is an incredible individual campaign by any standard. 

No matter what happens over the semi final I am very proud of the teams performance in Europe this season. They have been superb.

Thursday for me is all about having the tie alive, if we can somehow win the game then perfect but draw and one goal down are absolutely fine outcomes for me 
Even at 2 down I still think it would be alive with the atmosphere we’ll have at Ibrox. Think of the Liverpool comeback vs Barcelona a couple years ago, we have a stadium that can be even noisier than that and it could carry us to the final
