And even if he leaves the Board, he will still be the single largest shareholder?

1. It is unlikely he will assume any other role. It is clear that he cannot work with Murray, going by reports.

2. People apply or are recommended and the board decide, not sure how much shareholders will contribute.

As far as I am aware (although I could be wrong), Green has 5m shares, and his shareholding amounts to 8% of the total - therefore a total of 62.5m shares are in existance. So 50,000 being sold probably isn't that much to worry about.
