did you read the story, he could easily have said "im going on holiday at then end of the season" but no, Law has to mention that he's going on two holidays, one of which will be an expensive one (the egypt one) before fucking off on another holiday in the same summer

Meanwhile the fans he wants to avoid may well be thinking "i need to choose between a season ticket and a holiday"

He did not, did he ? Oh, we'll that's obviously unforgivable. Stone the cunt.

Ian Black's done the same type of thing more than once this season. To be fair the fans effectively pay their ridiculously high wages the players should be more professional and not react. Instead of getting drawn in to daft arguments they should do their talking on the pitch and prove they're good enough to wear the Rangers shirt.

Cammy Fraser

Forgot that after Souness came in Fraser was still part of the team until he got injured.

HERALD

Many Rangers fans were perturbed by Cammy Fraser. A few, indeed, remain perturbed by his memory.

Hard, uncompromising, and appearing at times to own at least one geriatric hip, Fraser was a beavering midfielder for whom the word "finesse" seemed a foreign expression.

Signed by Jock Wallace in 1984, Cammy was soon ploughing up and down the Ibrox pitch in a dire Rangers team. Indeed, as a reflection of how dire it was, Rangers finished fourth in the Premier League in season 1984-85 and fifth in 1985-86, the latter the nightmare campaign which triggered the amazing event of Graeme Souness' arrival.

With the Gers fans either not turning up at Ibrox - or those that did giving their team the bird as only Gers fans can - Fraser increasingly found himself on the receiving end of abuse.

Some supporters claimed that his unique, locked-hips running style impaired his ability to engage physically and tactically in games. Others argued that he was crap.

The low moment for this sometimes moustachioed menace came when St Mirren arrived at Ibrox in the already bleak December of 1984, threatening to give the home team the runaround before Wallace's men finally won 2-0.

Fraser, after scoring one of the Rangers goals, celebrated by immediately turning round and giving the V-sign to the Ibrox crowd, a section of which had once again been dumping on him from on high.

Yet a miracle was just around the corner. When Souness arrived in 1986, you could have put a fiver on every Rangers fan you met saying: "The first guy Souness needs to get rid of is that Fraser . . ."

On and on the Souness signings came - Chris Woods, Terry Butcher, Graham Roberts - yet Fraser, amazingly, kept his place in the team. Under Souness, indeed, he even began to flourish with a manager who sported a similar 'tache to his own. Midway through 1986-87, though, Fraser got injured, hastening his departure from Rangers.

He did briefly return to Ibrox as a Raith Rovers player and received a warm round of applause, proving that, among other things, football fans are duplicitous.

Law is a poor player and a fragile personality, and the criticism levelled at him is reasonable. However, the fans should realise that he's going to react. He may be infantile, but some of our fans are just as infantile.

Shouted at fans during game then stuck up the vicky while walking down the tunnel - can fuck off to a wee club like Motherwell if he can't take criticism.

John Greig did something similar at Ibrox and still survived the resulting stushie to be voted the greatest ever Rangers player. If he could flash the vicky and survive I don't see why Law shouldn't also.

Stupid comment.

I think he should be dropped but we dont seem to have anyone who could replace him. Shiels maybe?

Laws been a passenger for the best part of a year now. Can't handle the massive pressure cooker game against dumbarton and goes missing against teams like dumbarton etc etc our midfield will be overrun easily if he starts against Sellick. Hes dire.

Giving stick to the people that follow the club everywhere and pay part of the wage hes stealing.
