Right away his language is positive. He is wanting positive things. He isn't talking about "tough" or "hard" or the opposition. He is focusing on his players and instilling a belief and positivity in them. Everything McCoist couldn't do and i repeatedly slated him for it. There are good players at Rangers but they haven't been told that in a long time.

There are also some young lads in there and it is my job, Kennys job and the coaching staffs job to get the best out of what weve got because they are certainly lacking in confidence.

I definitely agree some have to leave no matter what happens, but we have to be sensible here and keep the ones which we could actually use under this new management. It would be a little silly to oust all the players we can just because they've let us down in the past.

Yep,I watched mcgregor on Tuesday for a good 20mins of the first half,the amount of times he drifts in to ch position was unbelievable

Law was effectively a right back for most of that half,your playing right back FFs just watch your man,same with zaliukas if you watch him

Closely he never marks a man ,ball watches and charges out to the half way line,and then he's out of position!

You're right, but McCulloch is the biggest culprit for ball watching. The centre forward always come off our centre halfs unmarked.

mcGregor is slightly better as a centre half which is why he looked so lost at RB.

Hopefully things change in the aftermath of the new management team

Not sure where I've read that the manager was 'solely' responsible for the poor performance of the team, but maybe it has been a huge contributing factor. Time will tell if there are players in that squad who could do with proper coaching; I think there are.

Well to be honest, most of those players are too old to keep anyway. Zaliukas is the only one I was thinking might be salvageable but again he's over 30.

The others - I'd like to keep them if they perform well, we don't have the funds to replace a full team and fringe players.
