hammer93 15,057
Mark Wood is frightening in full attack....just seen he is 33, I was kinda hoping he was in his late twenties.... the convicts are terrified of him Cap doffed to Bairstow....has taken a lot of justified criticism but boy did he answer those critics....a fantastic 99....gutted for him not to get the century he deserved

Hoping the weather allows us the time for the win. Bairstow doing the check that the ball was dead and he was in his crease was top stuff in between smashing the Australian bowlers😃👍😃 hammer93

barrymorrison1 1,033
This is why people can’t take test cricket seriously. 3 days play out 5. Aussies retain the ashes because of it. it’s England’s own fault. they must have known weather would play a massive part, as it always does when it’s here. they fucked the first 2 tests, leaving them needing 3 wins out of 3 with no weather breaks. shame, as it would have been great in a 1 test shoot out. Moody Blue Legend 61,618
First time I’ve really watched cricket for any length of time tbh, but how the fuck can you lose a game because of the weather. Is the cricket schedule so compact that they can’t wait a day, two days…..? Seems mental.

Clemdog 39,389
This Ashes series has been unbelievable, a huge shame that Old Trafford got rained out. TEFTONG
Clemdog 39,389
Fantastic end of a fantastic series. A shame that, potentially, the rain took away the win from England but huge congratulations to Mo & Stuart! hammer93 15,057
Loved every bit of it, I don't think you could have had a much more matched series apart from the old Trafford test which would have probably been a big win for England TEFTONG
kplfishtank 4,657
Best series for entertainment I’ve seen. Not the highest quality but edge of the seat stuff. Roll on 2025/6 Clemdog, hammer93 and TEFTONG

For the best part of 7 years my Dad has been hugely unimpressed with Stokes. I've never understood why...but fair play to my Dad he gave him a huge compliment yesterday by saying "aye he done no bad today" The man is awesome. Just wish Root would find some form. I'm definitely excited about the World Cup though. Clemdog
TEFTONG 60,269
South Africa look in great Nik. Aussies giving the biggest hiding at a World Cup yesterday was a joy to watch. Thewhitesettler
left winger 14,301
Cracking start to the final. Aussies getting skelped all over the place, but a cracking catch there for the second wicket.
Badger 8,747
Poor pitch for a final IMO. Aussies in the driving seat just now, but who knows.

kplfishtank 4,657
Apart from being in Melbourne in 2010 that’s a test match I’d loved to have been at. Outstanding entertainment and adding in the convicts lost at home made for a super Sunday. TEFTONG
