He should never have been bought in the first instance and why anybody ever thought he should play for us is a mystery. Making him captain was also a mistake. His wages are ridiculous and would pay for at least 2 decent players. The booing has at least achieved something as both McCulloch and McCall now know what many fans think of him. And Jig is a seasoned professional who shouldnt be affected by it.The entire team has been booed off at nearly every game this season, why are folk acting surprised at this? Yes I boo'd at the time of the mistake he made when he lost us the goal but after that it was embarrassing that every time he touched the ball he was boo'd. This is detrimental to players and could have made things much worse.I was in the family stand and the guy behind me totally lost it. He was booing, swearing , ranting and raving. I was raging cos I was there with my 5 year old grandson and he couldn't understand why someone would act like that toward his super Rangers! How many times have people left early, thrown scarves or shouted loads of abuse at the team when we go a couple of goals down? How much discontented heckling has their been aimed at our players - Foster, Law, Black for example?All things that are comparable to booing IMO but there has been nowhere near the level of outage shown at any of these incidents.
