For me, he has had a massive influence on the team this season.

For a guy who I relatively knew nothing about, I think he has been great.

Strikes me as a managers dream, strong, determined, passionate and keeps it pretty simple when needed.

Looking forward to seeing how he will handle the pressure from the newbies, I think he may surprise a few doubters, time will tell.
