I trust Gerrard's judgement on the starting line up 100% though. And it just shows how little our manager thinks of Hodson, if the guy can't even get into the starting eleven when we have three fullbacks out ffs! Totally agree, but we already knew that Halliday was in for Flanagan so the only surprise is Coulibaly not playing so I wouldn’t say the line up has changed my confidence! Halliday I could just about deal with... but the question is, who do you prefer Coulibaly or Ejaria.. on a night like this. We were hoping and believing he was fit based on what has been said over the past few days and I don't think anyone expected him to drop out completely so It's totally understandable for people to get nervous about what is probably our biggest game in seven years.
