The way I’ve been told it works is there are two separate ballots based on points, one for official TC flight and one for independent travellers,who are members of the TC, should registration of interest exceed the amount of tickets allocated. If they cant get you a ticket, then they will refund your money pal, we will be alright id imagine as went to all qualifiers apart from ufa and progress lat year and years before. Likely but they also need confirmed numbers to ensure the trip is financially viable for them.
