eskbankloyal 19,446
Arfield will be dropping back into the midfield 3.
STEPPS BOY 74,689
Aribo for Jack and Alfie for Defoe and it’ll be same formation as ended season. I Still think we need that X factor player in number 10 role though.

The Specky Forum Organiser 65,653
Moving Arfield back would be absolutely mental Bigsasasfloppyhair , Bluekev and graeme_4
King Jela 20,582
It would make zero sense to drop Arfield back again.
VladimirWeiss69 810
I would honestly just go with last years team towards the end of the past season and then bed the new guys in gradually to see what they have to offer. We played well with that team except from the killie game but there were a lot of changes there. I would however get a new LB! My team for the start of the season would be McGregor Tav goldson katic New LB Kamara Jack Davis Arfield Defoe/Morelos Kent
Bakbear 3,586
It’s very early in the window but by fuck have we got a lot of work to do getting rid of some deadwood. We have more to move on this year than even the last few years

Bigsasasfloppyhair 13,310
On paper probably Aribo Kamara Davis Arfield Morelos Kent
bluenoz 31,079
Everyone is dropping Jack when he is Gerrard's "go to" guy. I see where people are coming from with the arrival of Aribo but don't be surprised to see Jack continue to be a mainstay. Jack Aribo Kamara Arfield Morelos Kent
Broxi 11,572
Jack is not good enough. Kamara should be the defensive midfielder and then the other two spots are between Aribo, Davis and Arfield.

RangersMedia 35,961
Hope we stick to the same formation we played at the end of last year and: - sign a 3rd choice target man striker who is actually decent in the air (i.e. not kyle lafferty) if Morelos stays. If he leaves we need to sign a 1st team replacement who can get us 20+ goals - get LB resolved. If Barisic goes we need a replacement. If he stays then he needs to get his shit together and give us the Croatia version of him - sign 2 backup CBs, 1 who will push Goldson & Katic and 1 who is just there for cover / cup rotation - sign a proper number 10 / goalscoring midfielder who can produce a bit of magic out of nothing (i know this is a very tough ask but it's what we pay our scouting department a wage for) - resign Kent - play Aribo instead of Jack - Ojo instead of Candeias - Kent on the left If we can do the above I will be very, very excited for next season Bluekev

Sadly, I agree with most of that sorry to see the back of Rossiter, Doch and Murphy. I think the three of them just had shit luck and could have been very strong players for us if circumstances had been different. But no place for sentiment in our pursuit of 55 my point still remains that getting that list of players of our wage bill is going to be a hard job
