Then why haven't they moved in line with UEFA at any point in the last 15 years or so they've used strict liability(which is what this is)?

I dont know, but I can see them doing so now. Especially now that the ridiculous OBAF act has scrapped

Also because I think theyll do all they can to prevent us winning the league

UEFA taking their lead from relevant domestic bodies. Given the UK justice system finds fenian to be a sectarian term, then there is little wiggle room.

Singing about proscribed organisations tends to come under 'illicit' chants

Thanks. It all seems incredibly subjective and open to interpretation. How much proof is actually required for a club to be punished?

Quite a bit needed (generally video plus 'expert' witnesses if needed) . If clubs feel a charge is ridiculous they can take it to CAS

Of the 42 clubs across all divisions of the SPFL only 3 voted in favour of strict liability.  There is no strict liability in Scottish football.  The clubs can’t be held accountable for the actions of the fans.  In Europe it’s completely different.

Just realised I had worded my post wrong and meant what u said

I wholeheartedly agree, but the Club need to lead on it.

I've got serious reservations as to what that Traynor is all about.

They kill us with lies, half truths and innuendo, yet we could kill them with the whole truth and yet we don't.

Our board's passive role in all this, just doesn't add up for me.

When Traynor was a journo he ripped us, when he got a gig at Ibrox I thought he will be tearing into anyone and everyone who as much as looked at us the wrong way.

I was miles out with that as we got a mouse.

I've said it since day one. Traynor's only interest is to settle old scores with certain former colleagues.
