How can  they get accurate numbers? pubs will pay for sky but there might be 10 people in a rural pub or 200 that's a guess in the Louden x that throughout the UK, single tvs or punters with sky on now tv is an easy ish count, am I being daft here or how would they come to the 1.4m figure.
