Have you read that the Government have accused Aberdeen of putting football at risk and the footballing authorities have been ‘summoned’ to Holyrood?

Doesn’t make for good reading.

Aye, and if that's what's being briefed then I dread to think whats being said behind closed doors.

Football players must be allowed a social life. Looking at the picture it’s not as if they have fans surrounding them. What’s the difference between these guys sitting together in a pub or at football training going through tactics etc. At the time going to the pub was allowed and Aberdeen was in no danger, no one can account for a French guy having being refused on a helicopter due to not having his COVID 19 tests results done in time going on a pub crawl whilst unknowingly being inflicted with the virus.  I’d hope our players have a way to socialise together after a game, safely of-course.

Players sat in a pub are sat with random members of the public.

At training they are kept within a bubble and are tested twice a week and have temp checks done every time they enter the ground.

Those were the regulations put in place for scottish football to start again. Government were very lenient to bring it back the way it did. Still under a cautionary basis too so the government can step in and scrap the season again if they see regulations not being adhered to.

Give the 3 clubs the 3-0 win by default. Serve the sheep right.

Hefty fines are the only way, imo - docking points just means they'll not try in the rescheduled games, imo, whilst gifting the 3-0 benefits the opposition teams but no-one else in the league.

There is no leeway for rescheduling games this season. There is only 1 free space for a rescheduled game week. Aberdeen now have 3.

Also how can England finish 8 rounds of fixtures in 2 leagues, 44 teams in total, in a country where the virus rife, yet we are 1 game into a 12 team league! N games being called off already!

Because Aberdeen are fucking numpties.

I could be wrong but I think part of the agreement allowing football to get the go ahead was that players would not be going to pubs.

I’m at the other side of the argument here, I’m afraid. Surely they’re allowed going to restaurants where members of the public will also be present. If it is part of the rules though then that does change things somewhat.

It was part of the agreement with the Scottish Government that all club members would stick to their own bubble. Aberdeen players broke that.

Theres plenty of free weeks for teams not playing in Europe

Saying Aberdeen will get knocked out? Or the tarriers will get knocked out? This is only after 1 fucking game. Theres going to be alot more of this situation.

Make them forfeit their EL qualifier ties as part of their punishment - that frees up time for them.
