This really looked like a Khalid Aucho at one point. Messy, strange transfer ‘saga’. But he’s here now, in a deal which seems way more sensible than the deal in place that we were initially so underwhelmed by.

Welcome and go prove the doubters wrong Sir Zungu.

Zungu failing medical rumours. There was no medical. There never was a deal. That's because Rangers never had an interest and never contemplated a deal. Anyone who had a look at the lad's form, games played and injuries would clock right away it was unlikely deal for Rangers.

IMO

Shut up Mark.

To try and counter the negativity:

- I've watched him play in 4 full matches and thought he looked really good and exactly the type of midfielder we need
- Football Stewart/SPFL Radar guy on twitter who does Rangers analysis on Patreon scouted him in depth and also thinks he's very good, didn't think Johnson was what we needed in contrast either
- Gerrard, Wilson and the scouting department who have scouted him in depth thinks he's what we need and looks good
- The only people who don't think he looks good are the ones who had never heard of him or seen him play once

Injuries are a concern, but there's no predicting the future, it will have been considered, a medical has been carried out and he's signed on loan so there's less of a financial risk to it.

None of the above is factual information and you can dismiss it if you want. But he's here now so get behind him. Other opinions have been made in the transfer thread and should stay there now
