I have no issue with them playing for the unders to get minutes under their belts but if they are showing potential get them in training with the first team as much as possible, it will only benefit them in the long run. 

Will maybe happen more often once we have trimmed the fat from the first team.

The regression in Lowry is staggering. It's maybe apparent he's really struggled with the close death in his family. Lovelace isn't nearly ready, Rice had moments but we just can't buy a win. I noticed one of the coaches was there, was Beale?

Can't be to harsh on them they are kids but there is a huge problem at Rangers at every level. 

A Durrant, McCoist sort of personality should be in with our young boys and the club should be doing everything for Rangers minded ex players to be around these kids to help them.

McCallum took our first team for a game and it was an utter disaster in the cup remember he should be one on the way out also this club needs a huge makeover top to bottom with coaches and players. Mentality is a huge thing in football and we have zero of it while Celtic have tons of it.

Going from training/ playing with Raskin Cantwell/ Tavernier to then playing on a tuesday afternoon with 15/16 year olds.

he has had a rough time of it but I think his main issue looks to be his attitude and lack of drive. He clearly has talent but maybe not as much as he thinks he has.

It's a culmination. We are all pissed off at how the season has transpired at all levels. The fact a scum youth team has won 2 finals v us in a week, and one of those at Ibrox is the insult

I think its just been a long and hard season for all of us as fans. I think if anyone should be embarrassed tonight its the coach and his selection for penalties

It's our home scum winning trophies there isn't acceptable and is hugely embarrassing. The only trophy some of our younger supporters will see this season and it's won by that lot Absolute brass neck.

It's not going to help him to the extent first team football out on loan would, and hopefully between now and end of season he'll get an opportunity in our first team, but at 16 he is still very young and playing matches within this age group (his age group) is still going to assist his development.
