On top of this we see an on field slump that has placed them at threat of relegation, a threat that combined with certain possible financial circumstances that some might say could bring about a move to go into admin and accept a punishment this year and lessen the affect next year in the championship.The goings on at DU need to be closely watched to see if any moves are made to prevent their relegation by any means as well as the state of their finances and paying of tax commitments. I would doubt even DU wouldn't be that stupid considering that HMRC might be less than willing to cut them a deal in light of the recent appeal of the BTC, but then again the only people they seem to have had any problem with as far as deals was concerned seems to be Rangers.Now if I were a DU fan I'd be asking how they were allowed to be asset stripped by a rival club and if any of the cash brought in from the sale of the back bone of their team had been ear marked to be used to help the possible purchase of a club in Australia?
