TMB 14,167
"McParland, who can count Liverpool, Watford and Burnley among his former employers, is understood to have left the club on Friday following disagreements over the club's direction. He hadĀ been responsible for Forest's recruitment in the summer, which has come under scrutiny after a number of poor signings." Reformation Bear 6,453
Thread should be moved out of BD. Ā Nothing to do with Rangers these days. When here he was quickly found out after an initial good start and getting us out of the Championship. He never had anywhere near the managerial nous, leadership, skill and drive to manage Rangers in the SPFL and it seems at Forest he repeats the trick of a decent start then clueless thereafter. Ā He'll doubtless claimed they trained well though. Ā Ā

Heshootshescores 1,904
It looks like he had a fluke season ar Brentford, but even there many fans were happy to see the back of him. You need a very high calbre of player to play that style as predictably as he does. Its not difficult to figure it out either, and when his opponents do that,Ā he is incapable of change.Ā
