With Katic and Aribo we should be a greater set piece threat.
For the bulk of last season we only had Goldson and Morelos who are a moderately decent threat from set pieces.

I can't see Motherwell agreeing to a drastic price drop. They would be better off just keeping Turnbull for another season. 

Written all over it that this a mechanism for the tarriers to reduce the price and wage on offer.

Jack can be hit or miss for me. On his day he can be outstanding but can have absolute stinkers where he is anonymous. If he becomes a wee bit more consistent it will take him to the next level.
Never liked him as a defensive midfielder. Prefer him out the pocket and getting in the oppositions face. Played his best football with McCrorie behind him and started to chip in with goals, assists and was the guy feeding more creative players such as Kent. However, the manager seemed to hit the right balance with the 3 central midfielders. It meant that because we had so many numbers we didn't necesarily need Jack (or McCrorie) there to specifically sit in front if the back 4 as well as teams struggking to get the ball of us.
I can see the manager using all of our central midfielders this season with the amount of games we'll have if our Euro campaign is successful. I'm genuinely quite excited to see the combo of Davis, Jack and Kamara in Europe.

He won't though he's not that type of player at all

Useful player who will play his part but I think he will spend a lot of the season being rotated with Davis depending on the game.

Ryan Jack seems to be a divisive figure. I recognize his qualities (defensive, technically sound, pressing) but I’m firmly in the camp that says we do need a player with fewer limitations in his game to take a step up.
Others swear by Jack and remain convinced he will be a key player next season.
But, with the introduction of 20k per week highly rated Aribo, someone in that midfield three is making way for the majority of games.
I’m pretty convinced it will be Jack. For those who seriously rate Ryan Jack, what do you see happening for him next season?

Could ruin him. Not allowed to sign anyone for a year. Best player gone owner doesn't seem to have the same passion he once did. 
They'll be lucky to get top 6next season imo

He should stay at Derby, it'll end in tears if he goes back to the Bridge. 

more excited over the Aribo signing -- scored 10 from midfield last season Seems to love a tackle and appears technically gifted 

One game, not convinced - everytime I have seen him (and that is a rarity) he is another generic pass sideways type. Rossiter apparently did well on loan, but we have moved on and I doubt he will be capable of stringing together a run in the team. League 2, or at best League 1 standard for him - I wish him well when he goes.

I reckon Gerard thinks aribo will improve our first 11 by a fair way otherwise we wouldn't be paying him 20 grand a week.
