I know we're hurting at the moment but folk are absolutely losing the plot.

How much longer can we go on like this? We badly need someone to come in and help us now. If we're still being run like this in say 5 years time, could we be getting to the point we're really starting to struggle again? 
The fans loyalty has been unwavering throughout. But there's maybe the first signs of people getting fed up now. The board cannot rely upon the goodwill of them support indefinitely.

I think goldson's been a great player for us. Not his fault the dross that's been signed around him, or the football management not noticing that the back line in general was aging and slowing and so something would need to be done. 
Lammers money and goldsons wage could've been used to get a quality young CB in.

Probably everything that's been said about Beale in this thread could've been said about Caixinha. How in the fuck have we got ourselves into this situation again so soon? It's mind boggling. 

Lampards an inferior Gerrard. We already tried that trick and got the best out of Gerrards early managerial career aura. Vastly diminishing returns from that now, considering Lampards been around a while now and not done as well as Gerrard. 

I'm hoping we go a bit more solid with a quick out ball on the counter, Lammers has decent speed and control albeit with poor balance.
Feels wrong to say but I'd take a point given the state we're in atm mate.
