Our fans have a fetish for keeping players forever. Same with Kamara, Morelos, Kent. Now Goldson, Tav, and Lundstram.
It’s the one thing that they do much better than us. Their turnover of players, for profit or just to get rid of them is night and day. In the same time we’ve had Tav and Goldson, theyve had about 6 different CB and RBs, all of which have been sold for profit or if they’re shite have been moved on very quickly.
We just don’t have that foresight yet, especially with poorer players. Hopefully this summer is finally the start of the 3 year overdue clearance.

This is probably one of our only chances to put a tiny bit of pressure on them as we play first.
We have to take it, but unfortunately in the grand scheme of things it probably still means needing a win at Parkhead to take it to the last day.

Kinda vibe he gives already tbh. A poster said the other day some of the players act like they resent the pressure the fans and club demands. Goldson is the epitome of that.

I can’t actually remember the last time he done an interview outwith the media duties for pre and post games.
The fact he’s doing it right now, in the middle of a now unlikely treble of which he has played a major part, literally sums him up as a “leader”

Yup. The might spend more than us each year but for the most part we both shop in the same transfer fee markets. It’s mind numbing some of the shite we’ve been lumbering on with for the past 8 seasons. Can’t get every transfer right but a success rate of about 2 in 10 just can’t continue when you’re main rival is hitting 5/6 out of 10 every season.

Absolutely gutting the past two league results after this today.
We’ve controlled parts of the game and had physicality from Diomande and Sterling.
We look like we have a shape and also the sprinting back when we’ve been countered has been night and day.
