We really needed to win the title this year and use the money to refresh things, we should have sold a few last summer and refreshed but Gerrard wasn’t committed.
Its a huge ask to turn the team around because it’s not ability it’s mentality. Those who spoke about Gio as he was appointed said he was a people person, so let’s hope that is true because he needs to have some serious words with a]some of the senior players.
Id love for Jack to be fit and given the armband, failing that I’d give it to Arfield just now. Tav as much as I appreciate what he can offer a leader is not one of his strengths.

Watching Barisic break away towards their half, encounter a defender, stop, turn and play it all the way back. The way to get at them was to go for it, Kent on the right Diallo on the left, hit the byeline, cut backs, drilled crosses, anything just to be more direct. We showed none of that, no urgency, no fight.

The big question is: are the players the reason for this and not listening to the manager or is the manager to blame and the players following instructions.
Anyone could see you don’t sit back against them, so we set up to sit back and contain and concede in a matter of minutes. Granted if Arfield had got onto the end of the through ball and made it 1-1 it could have been a very different outcome, but the general apathy and lack of fight is a real concern.

Don’t give a fuck about who makes the starting XI or the tactics,I want to see the right attitude from the players that do make the starting XI, even if that’s players from the youth team.

People forget we’ve been ripped with injuries, suspensions and call ups over the past few weeks.
Hagi, Kent, Balogun, Jack, Roofe, Helander, Arfield, Davis, Aribo, Morelos.
Have all either been injured, suspended or called up for international duty during that time. 
Unless you are a Premier Levaue squad that’s bankrolled to the tune of hundred of millions that number of omissions is obviously going to cause a drop off in quality.

We have the best squad depth in the league, and if you think the midfield are the problem whilst simultaneously thinking we’re getting £40m for Aribo and Kamara then I really don’t know how to respond to that.

Hibs semi final, largely did the same there.

Agree with everything you said but McGregor has earned a pass - Lundstram absolutely has not.  McGregor made mistakes even when he was younger, I remember an absolute clanger against celtic going through his legs.  He can come back from it.  Lundstram has cost us much more than he has won for us.   

Btw, even if they win today, they will be 2 behind, we still get a point for the draw even though it feels like a loss.  Itten and Lundstram just shouldn't kick a ball again for us imo.  Hopefully the players go into the Old Firm game more fired up than ever and can get a result for us.
