I think it’s that old school British manager that can motivate the team, but to be honest that wouldn’t last long.

Pass sideways, pass side ways, pass back, pass sideways, cross to no one in the box…..awful tactics. Gio needs to go before the season is done, we could easily lose a late goal here.

The sad thing about this, I remember a feyenoord fan posting on here and said you’d see defenders pass it around a lot, a lot of side ways passing outside of their box, very ponderous, slow football……he’s playing exactly this way, he needs to go the question is how long he will get to damage our title chances further.

Kamara has had a honking attitude for over a year now. He has ability, when he’s on it his close control and awareness is superb but if he was any more laid back in games he’d be lying down. You can’t control your natural talent but you can control your effort, so players that don’t out the effort in and fight for the jersey, fight for their teammates, fight for the fans can just fuck off out of the club.

He’ll use buzzwords and talk the talk but the guy is a fraud, if a manager got as many games wrong as he has transfer windows you’d be wanting the manager sacked, why should It be different for a sporting director?
