Level of targets/signing certainly have raised up a level or two.
Lewis Ferguson and Ellis Simms linked about 3 week ago

Really excited with our signings so far.
We needed a revamp and it's happening.

NeoGeo7 got a reaction from Bad Robot in UCL 22/23
It’s a fucking embarrassment to the Scottish game, they’ve had first place for the year we went down and the 5 years after that and they’ve regressed, that’s what makes it so annoying is we gift wrapped them this CL place, all will be forgotten if we qualify for CL and t]put the tramps back in their place next season.

I forgot just how many penalty saves mcgregor made (especially against that lot), it’s just a pity he couldn’t have added a couple of these last week to cap off a wonderful career…

Yeah, people jumping to conclusions and saying he has a lack of respect are just not on. We don’t know the circumstances leading up to him being there.
It would have been far more disrespectful to stay indoors just because you haven’t got a suit on.

NeoGeo7 got a reaction from delparlane in Has this season been a success?
Due to the difficulty and recognition in getting to (and damn near winning) the second highest European cup final and winning the Scottish cup for the first time in 13 years and erasing some of the pain of 2016, it has to be regarded as a success.
It was so damn close to being a completely unrepeatable season and it gives me hope that with the right kind of recruitment over the summer (and doing it early) we can qualify for the champions league and go on to win a domestic treble.

The game at tynecastle last week I feel shows that youth can be used as squad fillers and you can probably have 2 maybe even 3 in a starting lineup in particular in home matches against bottom 6 opposition without being concerned.
I don’t want Brandon Barkers or Bacuna’s or jack Simpsons if we can have youngsters with real potential and on much smaller wages that can do a better job.
The difference is knowing which ones are the real deal and which ones are just hype. For me lowry is a star in the making, king looks to be not far off and McCann from what I’ve seen so far could also prove to be a real asset.
Guys like mcpake and Kennedy who have (or maybe had the ability) but don’t seem to have the right attitude are the ones that we can’t rely on.

When I saw Gordon hitting his hand after the goal I thought “nice try dickhead” then started to worry as it is Collum and he had a strange habit of conveniently seeing things that didn’t happen or not seeing things that did happen.
If he’s not one of them, or being pressured into working against us, then he is one of the single worst referees you’ll see In your lifetime.

Would have been incredible for him to retire after making penalty saves on Wednesday to win the Europa league given he played a HUGE part in us getting there (double save against Sparta and the penalty save against red star stick out).
Unfortunately football (and life) isn’t that kind but glad for him to get the adulation of the fans today and sign off the right way.
I think it’s a testament to how much of an impact he’s had In the last 4 years that no one really mentioned 2012 anymore, he has well and truly earned my forgiveness and then layered it with gratitude for some incredible saves.
This year was probably one year too far as mistakes crept in so it’s the right time for him to move on (maybe get a gig on Sky just to wind up that lot) and I wish him all the best and say thanks for the memories.
