You're replacing someone who leads from the front. Carries himself with an aura that commands respect from all over. Yet defends this Club to the hilt. 
On top of that he'll take Beale, Culshaw, Milsom & others. 
Then you think of players...Kent & Kamara?
Gerrard may not be perfect, but right now he holds the key to us winning the most important financial League ever. We simply cannot replace all of the above in a short period of time. 

Potter? There is absolutely zero chance of that, sadly.

Oh yeah no doubt Tuchel is a level above Lampard, he’s a level above 99% of managers… but we’re not trying to win the UCL. Lampard would be an amazing replacement.
