Has to be both or Morelos, Cummings struggled upfront on his own against Killie nevermind celtic.
He won’t get clear cut chances and doesn’t hold the ball up and cause the sort of headache to their defenders that Morelos does.
 
 

If we can get a proper manager in - and sign Cummings permanently - we’ve also got two very talented strikers near the start of their careers who could very easily develop into a lethal duo. Morelos just needs a talented man-manager to curb his attitude and Cummings just needs a half-decent coach to tell him to stop drifting wide.

If he had the attitude of Clint Hill he would never be injured and would probably be our captain, almost up there with Barton and Senderos for stealing a wage 

You could argue that Europa league ties against Arsenal is pressure alright, as is competing with teams like that on a shoestring budget 
Not saying he’s the right guy but he’s being asked to come up against sides we can only dream of playing in Europe, not exactly a walk in the park nor is running a club that small 
Wouldn't surprise me if he does great at his next club while we still call for some Neanderthal like Hughes or Moyes

I think the wee argument between the clubs fucked him up, he probably wanted a move as he seemed to be enjoying his football and when he realised he wasn't getting it he has lost the heart for it.
