davie_bluenose 20 Posted August 26, 2011 Share Posted August 26, 2011 Always remember Trevor Francis debut in 87 v Dunfermline, he really did put on a terrific show that day I think most left Ibrox thinking we really had signed a top drawer player, thats prob the best for a game ive actually been at, also remember Graham Roberts playing a stormer v Dundee Utd in 86, but the best ever possibly must be Derek Johnstone, my old man still talks about that one!! (it was against Arbroath) Btw he scored 8 goals in his first 3 games for the Gers. Absolute legend.Very true. Willie Henderson, Baxter and Cooper all looked great on their debuts too.
