50ShadesofBlue 667
Shambles but we should just accept the ban. If we appeal/dispute he could get suspended for longer.
JTP 221
This should now be the benchmark for ALL future off the ball incidents. No complaints from the player/club and we get a 2 game ban.Lets see how a more serious incident is processed and defined ........... Misteral 2,932
Whether he meant it or not by the TV evidence it's pretty fair I suppose.

mattymckayloyal 1
As much as this is an absolute disgrace, we should probably take the 2 games now (Killie and Hiba at home) and make sure we have Naisy available for Hearts away.Fucking joke though
marmalade1872 40
guilty; setance two game ban that should be the yardstick for all others
Rab_Rangers 38
I'd rather take it now, if we appeal he could end up missing Hearts away. Better having it now when we have a run of home games.
TravelingWilBEARy 4,319
He was stupid to do it in the 1st place.
Goianegra 4,684
It was worthy of a 1-match ban, but not a 2-match imo. Hopefully we don't miss him too much and sail through the games against Killie and Hibs.

simplythebest 11,453
Agree with the sentiment that we should just accept it, but as a club we seem to have a habit of appealing everything.

papaguy51 912
Watched it five or six times, really can't see how anyone can argue.Just seems odd that the SPL are so quick to use the fast track system for Rangers yet take four months to get Loovens a ban for something ten times more malicious. gogzy 31,195
i thought i read that the punishment was an auto one game ban which would only be increased if we failed on appeal?
Senna 735
Aye No Surrender eh...just take the shafting with dignified silence as per usual.Or appeal it and miss Tynecastle? As long as this is the same for every player in every team, it's fair.Violent conduct is a two match ban whether we like it or not. scottyc06 6,915
Fair enough, i suppose for what he done its deserved. Although what is not fair is the fact if this had never been brought up on Sky Sports he wouldnt be punished. There is 6 games every weekend, yet I doubt they are going to have someone watching every game and from every camera (not that theres gonna be many at non televised games) But still, this system is in favour of the smaller teams with less televised games. Basically, its like the pitch at Easter Road... Not a level playing field.

CottonRunt 978
He should just take then ban and get on, hopefully learn from it.Incredibly unfair how this was conducted though, the media had Naisy guilty before he even had the chance to defend himself. Rather unethical in my view.

Adoniram 1,919
Why is everyone so afraid of appealing this farce of a decision? Are we so afraid to stand up to these cunts and demand answers to the questions many of us have raised on here?Hooper v Jennings....why no referral?Naismith v McCann.... why the referral?
