Panel and SFA members threatened?

Recommended Posts

Boo fucking hoo

You think if David Cameron makes a bad decision he doesnt get some abuse?

We need to know who made these decisions and why. Where was the 12 month embargo for other clubs going into administration, no other club has had such penalties added on.

These alleged threats will probably destroy any chance of the appeal against the panels decision being successful - if the penalties were reduced it would look like the SFA were giving in to the threat of violence and there is no way they will want any suggestion of that.

Nonsense.

If only life was so simple.

No worries. I wasn't actually sure if you had seen that incident or not. Personally I'm unaware of the threats made to Collum, but has he reported them? There's quite a few folk been banged up for comments on Twitter. The guy who abused Muamba also currently doing time is another that springs to mind! (tu)

Edit: Sorry....I thought you meant that they were on Twitter....were they?

After the Killie Cup Final mate they were on twitter with their threats and how he was a "dirty orange bassa".......always find that funny given his place of work, also don't know if he reported them but surely his SFA employers would do this given their reaction to these alleged threats

While we cannot be sure if these allegations are true, or if Rangers fans of any sort are involved, we have been in a position this week of genuine off the park strength.

Those people involved in Scottish football who are not extremists have seen the punishment against us as over the top, as unfair, as draconian, and we are being successful in that PR battle. This is why we have had the SFA and their sponsors diving for cover.

If the moronic fringe element get involved to act like neds, it will lose us the argument.

Right now, the SPL clubs will have to decide if they want to suffer the same fate as the SFA next week, with their decision on Monday, and the SFA are under huge pressure to reduce their punishment. We could have seen the enemy going too far, and we could actually win out of this, we must just try to keep our head, and keep doing the smart thing.

A true Rangers fan believes the Celtic way is to be paranoid and question anything against them.

Therefore a true Rangers fan produces a stiff upper lip when things go against them and decries fellow Rangers fans who do not adhere to this.

That's just how it is...Bill Struth an' all.

Well, it's 2012 and I'll stand up and say all the dignity and nobility and anti-paranoia crap has got us nowhere and this reaction to genuinely upset fans is bullshit.

The decision is wrong, it hurts us, I want to know who made it and I'm angry.

Simple.

It makes me no less of a Rangers fan than all those tut-tutting.

And for panel members to think that their corrupt and biased punishments on Rangers would be meekly accepted by the supporters is every bit as bonkers.

Whatever is going on, it'll be nothing compared to the outburst of anger should we go to liquidation.

Who would want to be the men responsible for driving The Rangers over that precipice?

May their God be with them.

People can only take so much then they bite back.....Hell mend them all.

Exactly. These 'disgrace if true comments' are only people that would like to sit back and watch our club go to the wall without an ounce of fight. No amount of PR battles or boycotts are going to stop our enemies. It has to be fed directly to them, in their plain sight. Have these protests not on the doorsteps of their 'headquarters', but right in their living rooms. I'm sorry but Rangers are too much to lose for all of us, no one can stand in our way of escorting our great club to it's absolute safety. Stewart Regan ? Fuck him. The panel of 3 ? Fuck them. No hiding places, no peace talks. Your actions are unforgiven and you have intentionally jeopardised our future in aid of your own causes.

Shit! It's possibly the same guy who threatened the Alex Thomson(?), the anti-Rangers journalist.

Oh no wait, that was a tink wasn't it...here, wait a minute, do you think they might be trying to make us look bad?!

MNAIL FIRMLY ON THE FUKKING HEAD :praise: :praise:

LB the attitude described above is the one the lost Loyalists in NI the media war. Very well explained in 'The Faithful Tribe' R. Dudley Edwards.

She talks wit eloquence and in great lenght about how Ulster Protestants, especially those in the Loyal Institutions - simple 'knew they were right'. They had their faith and believed through dignified silence that they could win the day.

Meanwhiler rhebel rousing pro SF/IRA scum were manipulating the media out of sight. The dignified silence lost.

Threats against individuals are out of order and do no good to the Rangers cause.

Neither does 'dignified silence'

We need people who can fight back in the media and use the media for our cause.

Good. And i hope to hell someone kills Craig Whyte and makes me a happy man. Words , words , words. We could keep protesting and talking all we want, but if fuck all happens and people continue to piss on us from high, then, as in any conflict, the rhetoric has to stop and violence is the only answer. I don't care if i get negative reps for this, as it is exactly how i feel. I am so fucking angry with the way we have/ are being treated.

Aww so we're sending packages now

Aye... food packages  well in the distant past, we did give out food packages to the poor starving Irish Kaffliks in the way of soup kitchens until Brother Walfrid decided that he was having none of it,because vegetable soup wasn't good enough and he wanted his flock to have tattie soup

So we have got form in this sort of caper :pipe:

By issuing the death threats, its playing into the media's hands and the sfa's hands.

We all know how they reacted when lennon & mcbride were threatened. So anyone that is stupid enough to issuse these threats deserve all they get !

Why can't people just write a letter / email etc asking why they (sfa) took this course of action, when others played the system the last few years regarding the referee's !!

I've a feeling that this protest march on saturday is gonna end up causing more bad press, and damage the reputation of Rangers fans. Look at the area, full of celtic pubs. They will gladly come out and wind the fans up looking for a reaction. And the blame will be put firmly on the Rangers fans.
