At 32 how many more chances will Lambert really get to play for one of the biggest clubs in the country? Can understand if he goes

I can get that aspect but Lambert has been a late bloomer as a player, could easily see him getting a chance as a regular for someone like Everton for another season or so though. The chance of possible CL Football is probably too good to turn down.

Indeed, for someone playing in League 1 just four years ago playing in the CL will be a dream come true even if not first choice

Pretty much everywhere reporting that New York City FC(owned by Manchester City and the New York Yankee's) have signed Lampard and David Villa.

Villa was spotted at Man Citys training ground, apparently he was there for negotiations.
