City do need to strengthen if they want to give themselves the best possible chance of retaining their league title and going further in Europe than they did last season. Scott Sinclair just isn't the answer though. A very good player but he will get lost in the shuffle.

Van Persie to United would be brilliant. Aguero and Tevez should be a great partnership for City. Rooney and RVP should be great for United. Yes it's quite harsh on Welbeck and Chicharito but the big clubs should always have quality players.
