quite right there's no point in statements that get little coverage .

what really is needed is for somebody from one or more of the other top league clubs to come out and criticise the constant harranging of our club .

On to something more current why haven't the SFA opened an investigation into what show racism the red card wanted .

we all know .the tarriers have the SFA and SPFL in their pockets .this isn't paranoia it's now 100pc fact .

and once again whays needed is other clubs to highlight this .otherwise we are pissing against the wind

Why are the sheep staying quiet on this, surely they should have been demanding an apology.

I think the financial implications will end the SFA attempt to take this to CAS.

It's 6 figure legal fees if they do decide to take this further. According to reports the best the SFA can do if they were to win a case via CAS is hit us with a £5000 fine.

This is where we see how vindictive the SFA are.

Where had the 6 figure fee come from?

(ps I hope it is)

very good point

either giving the SFA time to act

or

content with the current level of success they have under this regime

If they do pursue it, no doubt we will still get the blame for costing the Scottish game the money

i do not believe they will pursue this,to pay a huge legal figure to redeem 5k is a step too far

worried tho that we may have upset a few  and that they may now pursue other legal matters, bringing in more legal fees ?

an investigation into the racist abuse Shay Logan received at the piggery and why Brenda thinks it was ok to say he brings it on himself

ps all this was forgotten about until Brenda mentioned it again

The tarriers are actually seething over this ?

I hope they do take it to CAS and lose, the meltdown would be epic.

Mon then ya fenian tramps

hope they do go to CAS.

then questions need to be asked why so much money was spent on a triviality

maybe then it will bring an end to a cabal that operates for the benefit of one club.

that could see fritzel sell up .coz he's only their for the money .also end tarrier dominance and send them back to an early 90s situation

SFA fear a backlash from supporters and other clubs if they were to let the case drop.

Probably start crowd funding, twats.

You just need to read a few of the comments on that link above to the Scotsman to think you could well be right.

Oooh and I'm sooo terrified of the "backlash". Same old, same old.

the backlash scenario is one that is unwanted..we do not need side issues at present, the footballing side is whats important

fukin sick of side issue's dominating our news...before 2012 i never ever heard of Rangers in court !

They won't pursue this. They couldn't justify the fees.

However that doesn't stop some new charges being dreamed up.

A part of me hopes they go to CAS.

Going outwith Scotland might actually shine light on the dodgy dealings.

And can you imagine the rage if CAS ruled in our favor

Yes it would be interesting as long as we do win.

The chance of us not winning makes me a little unsure about wanting it.

Even if we didn't win the worst the SFA can do is hit us with a £5000 fine.

Whenever I've seen CAS involvement they usually side with the clubs. This is another reason I think the SFA won't pursue it.
