Hope so, but genuinely feel he was a bad signing - best days behind him

His best days may indeed be behind him, but play Defoe to his strengths and he will bang us in a barrowload of goals between now and end of the season; not just long hopeful punts up the park expecting him to chase them all down.

There is a time for prayer mate, but this isn't one of them, it's a time to brandish the Swords of Righteousness and slay this Roman vermin that is in our midst.

Agreed. It's the time to take control. Fed up of the taig narrative on everything.

Nope, extra game due to previous disciplinary record.

This is true.

What seems strange is that McKenna has a previous red card for serious foul play v the taigs (which he got as a retrospective upgrade having been booked for the foul - the first time this had ever happened) this was a two match ban but he's only got 2 matches again?? Alfredo's previous red card offence was for 2 yellows so only one game so he seems to be getting royally shafted. Comparing what he did with what McKenna did is laughable but Alfredo is banned for longer.

The whole thing is a joke

Trial  by media.

Does this happen in England btw.

that's how the process works .

no tarrier incident ever gets exposed to anywhere near this level. no exposure no complaint no compliance officer involvement

remember the first compliance officer getting interviewed. he said he didn't have time to watch every game for incidents .so he watched sportscene .fucking sportscene .then decided what was worth looking at for punishment .

we all know what happens when one of our players does something .it gets debated to death on this programme and we have all heard of tarrier incidents that don't even appear on the highlights .

The system itself may not be corrupt .but it is 100pc open to corruption

The extra game was because we appealed. It's automatic if you lose an appeal, as far as I know.

Just watching it back... he does catch him. Plus as SG says he does have history. Needs to stamp it the nonsense (pun intended).
