Colin Traive 22,889
Lovenkrands at Hampden, McCann at piggery, de Boer’s header - so many to pick from. Also thoroughly enjoyed seeing scum players sent off - Mahe, Thompson (x2), TLB etc But the daddy of them all is Big Tam, Centenary Cup Final 1973. It’ll be one of the last things I think of when my time comes
MurrayWilson 3,433
Ray Wilkins in the 5 1 game in 88 , that whole game really. Couldn't believe what we were seeing, in my lifetime up to then we had never handed out a doing like that to them, not even close to it. Couldve and should've been more as well. And that was after they had scored first. DavieCooper74, gmcf, tannerall and 1 other

Pitches were muddied. Tackles would fly in after 1 touch of the ball. Ball seemed heavier too. Alberta could have fired a medicine ball in that night though. That day pushed us towards the 9 and was the first season a team won all 4 of the fixtures in 1 season 👌

SeparateEntityMyArse 53,818
Too many to choose from. Big Bertie bombscares thunderbolt, Pedro Mendes, the Goram save from van H, Wilkjns volley, Anton Rogan playing, the Robert's percussion, scum diving off top tiers.. Good times. sandyinroyalblue 16,478
I love the first game I remember us winning at the piggery in 1980 when we won 2-1 with an Alex Miller thunderbolt from the edge of the box. I think that was only our 2nd win there since the Premier League started and it took us till 1989 to win there again despite the "anyone but cel**c" referees. Popular Post tannerall 25,935
Will never forget this one, cos I was there and sober enough to remember it. cellic claiming a stonewall penalty (a blatant dive) and ref, quite correctly, plays on. The tims are distracted by their belief all referee decisons are a masonic conspiracy. Cooper, Macdonald, Mclean and Russell the hub of the team play on with perfect teamwork, exploiting the opportunity, Russell unbelievably hits a defender at close range, but there's Captain Greig who started the move, who's only reason to be up front was sheer commitment and passion to beat the tims, hitting the ball home. Cue tim meltdown and total ecstacy for us Gers fans. Rmc54, Negri's lovechild, sandyinroyalblue and 2 others

It's not often you see a hardened defender with enough footballing ability and ball control to ignore the football boot uppers and guide the ball in to the goal with his studs only. True football genius. How many other players have scored with their studs, especially in a big match ? Eck_M 109
First time I saw us win at the Phiggery; 4-3 win in Glasgow Cup semi April 69. Wee Bud hatrick (think Fergie or Andy Penman scored the other - no sure)?
tannerall 25,935
Naughty but nice. Was there for this one too. Happened to the left of a hugely impressed Rangers end at the Giro dome. Shortly after referee Dallas is hit by a coin, referee Dallas awards Rangers a penalty. Albertz scores but a cellic fan fan in the stand decides to confront the ref and make his opinion known by taking the shortest route his tiny brain thinks off. Apparently his last words on the way down were "I believe I can fly" Luckily the ground breaks his fall, though to his credit I believe he hurt two other tims, but the daft cunt still celebrates not knowing his team is losing in embarrassing fashion. corkinator

Unfortunate and sad, and I totally agree. Mitigating factor in me enjoying the tim involved in the Parkhead fall was he survived unhurt apparently, and daft cunt made a fool of himself. No football stadium in the sixties and early seventies deserved a safety certificate, fans were treated like shite. God knows how many lives were saved when the correct actions were taken after our own disaster, an accident which was waiting to happen. And even then a mad Tory government fenced fans in like cattle, when every fan knew the only safe place to escape to at a game when there was trouble was on the park. There was no need for a Hilsborough either.
