Won't blame the wee man once he leaves as this is the kind of shit he has had to put up with ever since they realised he was a threat, you could go through a full list of incidents involving Aberdeen players in that game yet that wouldn't fit the narrative as most of them are Scottish players and are just "commited" but if your a young black man from Columbia it seems to be a different story.

You know, some people might laugh this off, however every little piece of information put out there to discredit our club, players or whatever may be completely useless on its own, but together becomes quite a powerful component which works against our club.

I know most on here will laugh this off, well if this was a singular instance then you'd be right.

This is a tiny tiny part of a strategic campaign  to discredit our club and make them out to be the good guys. They do anything to make us be seen negatively and bum about everything they do and have.

We either laugh at them, and then start greetin when its impact is being felt or we work against it, do the same to them and bum about our club.

Only then will equilibrium be established.

If you don't think this has an impact on our club, I'm sorry but you're behind the times. The is a tiny part of a spider's web containing Youtube Videos, Twitter posts, Facebook campaigns, blogs, newspaper articles,  etc.

Any one of these things is pathetic and laughable. The whole thing?

Will have an impact on our club.

People complaining about the board

Maybe it's not always for them to do something?

Maybe it's time Rangers fans actually started to fight for the club instead of taking the easy way out and blaming the board every chance they get?

It's not possible for our board to counteract every single stupid little propaganda piece put out there.

Time we started our own propaganda, it's the only way to fight it in this day and age I'm afraid.

Excellent post Swally. Too many looking for others to give us handers

The wee man is in his 4th season with us.

How many times has he lunged into a tackle like the one considine committed on Saturday? Not once. He's never tried to 'do' someone wearing our jersey, not once. Lots of petulant wee flick outs and digs but nothing that would endanger an opponent.

Imagine the uproar if that considine 'tackle' was Alfredo on one of the sheep.

Fuck them all.

That bit in bold is the constructive way this should be approached.  The situations I've mentioned with respect to Aberdeen players are only off the top of my head.  This journo has specifically made a point of going on Alfie-watch and ignored everything else.  To be fair to McCoist, the wee "fracas" in the corner near the end this so called journo picked up on was  exactly what McCoist called it, "nothing".   Which, if for that reason alone, makes me relieved it wasn't that prick Walker on commentary.

I was Alfie watch myself and there were 2 or 3 he didn’t need to do but some players go for the rough and tumble as it’s their combative style of play but yes he shouldn’t be singled out when others in the sheep were doing it. If you name one then for parity you name them all otherwise it’s targeted biased and completely wrong.

This is what the refs are reading and it’s in their heads that he’s the worse player on the park for bad tackles which is far from the truth.

There’s nothing we can do. Try complaining to IPSO. They’ll come back telling you you don’t have a direct involvement in the matter and write it off. It is up to the board to take up matters that are detrimental to our club and they don’t have the backbone to do it. They are a waste of space and after their participation in the corruption of the SPFL/SFA gifting of league titles their “we should not be found wanting “ should find them hounded out.

Gary Ralston who has taken the blue pound with his brilliant book should also be fighting the clubs corner and getting an article out about Alfie being watched and written about with no other comparisons to other players on the field.

The @The Dude also needs to write a comparison article or blog on the matter and that needs to be done today or this will just be in the memory banks until the next similar article with its set narrative.

Alfredo's been hounded on and of the pitch since the day they knew he was going to be a threat,  the sad thing is the club have not once came out and did something to put a stop to this - no wonder he wants out of Scotland

With all the BLM propaganda we could have done better to highlight his treatment in Scotland which has been blatantly racist, Instead we asked our own fans to not be racist. :hmmm:

That lot control the narrative and have worked hard to put it in place. Now they are reaping the benefits from scared refs to the Compliance Officer being told by the media what to look at. They are even able to keep their knowledge of decades of child abuse in their own ranks pretty much out of the media.

It will be a long hard slog to begin to get even-handedness back, never mind a level of accuracy, but it will be worth it.

Actually this highlights issues raised by the BLM movement - and every other person working in anti racist organisations, that the media is happy to use racial microagressions to build on existing racist stereotypes.

It's the 'South American' hothead, who would start a fight in an empty room (which plays into racial stereotyping) versus the 'honest Scot' being fully committed to the cause. Basically the passionate player response that Considine's red card is given, or McKenna throwing of Balogun into the post or Lewis Ferguson body checking players after the ball has long gone.

You might not agree with BLM - but the whole anti racist movement is about highlighting racial stereotyping that many people see as legitimate comment

If we were smart, the club should ask for the comments to be publicly explained

Of course they didn't.  Neither did they mention Ojo's fly kicks, or McKenna's shoving and barging or Considines multiple of the same before his sending off.  Only Alfie gets this treatment.

Was a rhetorical question bud :tu:
