Automatically taken? Or do we have to manually process these ones like the Hampden tickets? Can't keep track of what comes out Automatically and what needs actioned.

Automatically taken on cccs. Tells you in the email. All home matches are automatically taken, but you need to go in and purchase away tickets separately.

It seems there are different buying dates for different groups so it may not let you buy until those dates.

I agree, the ticket  office certainly not the best.

There is a good chance the online  ticket purchasing programme is set to open at a certain time during the day.

Tbf mate the level of communication from The club regards portal opening times etc is pretty poor.

it’s in your basket, you try and buy it and then it gives an error message, it shouldn’t go in your basket till the portal is live.

then not being able to speak with anyone at the ticket office really doesn’t help
