If anything it shows how absolutely detached from Ireland they are. The Irish language is literally taught in schools in the republic, loads of people speak it. It’s bizarre to think it’s some sort of miracle that someone from Ireland speaks Irish

Probably explains how her indoors learned Slovakian so quickly 😂

I see it at least once a week on twitter

It’s mental that wee Sean from Royston who has never been to the Republic of Ireland before is telling wee Declan from Cork that he’s not Irish enough. Fucking crackpots!

Out of curiosity what does it mean?

Can honestly say that’s the first I’ve ever heard it.

Liam Scales is a West Brit. Acts Irish but takes the Kings shilling from a British club

He himself didn’t even boo the minutes silence last Sunday I’m sure. Probably wears a Poppy around the house, like the west Brit he is

Ha ha Did the Tarriers get the better of that? First for everything I suppose

Tramps

tarrier at the end looks like he’s got a wee gash to his head. That’s nice

According to the report they had a numerical advantage of six to three.

The only reason they won is because they outnumbered the Hibs fans. Even then it still looks like a couple of them came off second best.

You get the impression from some of them that they think Ireland is still some romanticised Hollywood or TV drama version of the early 20th century

Why were they two even fighting down there ?

If I remember correctly is was something to do with the lockdown restrictions. Wee Nippy refused to release her stranglehold on Scottish pubs until a good while after restrictions were eased in the rest of the UK (for our own good of course, thank you blessed Dear Leader), so a fair number jumped on the train to Carlisle, only about an hour from Glasgow, to take in a game and enjoy a pint, and obviously a bit of more over exuberant entertainment as well.

Mind the MLS team that their fans had a placard with “Where in Ireland is Glasgow” written on it when they played the manks in a pre season friendly?🤣

Canny remember the team
