Boring, pedestrian, nervy. Yet another shambolic 45 minutes where we struggle to put together any kind of meaningful attack. There's something badly wrong with us just now, I'm not sure some of those players want to be there. Kent is in the worst form of his Rangers career, Tavernier is offering nothing, Goldson looks like an accident waiting to happen again. 
Going to take a monumental effort in the second half to put us in a comfortable position for the second leg, we could really be doing without a tough, physical game thousands of miles away a couple of days before an old firm game. 

It seems Kent, Goldson and Tav can do no wrong in Gerrard's eyes. They'll still walk into the team no matter how bad they fucking play.

Probably not but I reckon Gerrard will want to persevere with him and Arfield isn't exactly a great alternative. It's a massive call though and is the area of the pitch that really worries me.

Lundstram had better waken up quickly to what's expected at this club, Davis gets a free pass today as quite frankly he can't be expected to run a midfield on his own week after week.
The other four names though, there's going to be a lot of the same conversations about the same names as we had pre-covid and empty stadiums.

The players have let us down big time today. No fight and no urgency. We had a 2 min spell when we actually pressed for the ball and it made DU shit themselves... unfortunately it lasted approx 2 minutes and we decided that it wasnt for us.. Im furious.
