There’s obviously wider issues beyond the coaching team’s control but the stuff within their remit - fitness, tactics, philosophy, attitude, player development, substitutions, etc. - are enough to justify replacing them. Even with its injuries and limitations, this squad is too good to be as unproductive as it was today. 

Sands is apparently £5m.
Tillman I have heard anything from £1.5m to £6m.
Tillman at £1.5m is a no brainer. At £6m it's a far harder call.

If anything we should be doing the exact opposite, fuck waiting for teams to 'set' against us when we're horrific at set plays.

Out swinging corners 
It’s a very difficult technique to header a ball goal-wards from an out swinging corner. Why do we insist on this. Tav on the right Borna on the left. 
 
Throw in’s 
Numerous times (for a long time) Tav and Borna take our throw ins - I watched Tillman last night being told not to throw it in as he would take it. Is nobody else capable?
Free kicks, same two, Borna and Tav - usually Tav - is there nobody else that can take a fee kick?
How many times have we had two balls on the pitch? Slowing the game up  - get them ball boys told ffs  
All this stuff leads to “waiting” - waiting on Borna, waiting on Tav slowing everything down
 
it’s as if the majority of our players are so fucking robotic no cunt can think of a different “in game” decision that would benefit us.

Make or break for an 18 year old playing alongside a 22 year old CDM at CL level??
He's an excellent prospect who wouldn't be playing at all if Goldson, Hellander, Souttar and Davies weren't all injured, far less being thrown in next to an inexperienced player playing out of position.
He needs support and encouragement, not thrown to the wolves

It's a tough one for the boy.
Hopefully good experience in the sense he can learn from it and push himself on. You put yourself up against SPL level CFs and think you've made it keeping clean sheets against low level strikers. He now knows how hard he has to work to get to the top.
He's had 2 or 3 different partners since coming into the team which wont help. The teams confidence is also at a real low.
Definitely needs an arm around him rather than just being lambasted for it.

We did lack hunger in the first half. We've been lacking hunger in about 99% of games I've seen all season.
Just because he's captain it doesn't solely fall on his shoulders to get this lot fucking going. They are professional footballers being paid handsomely to, at a minimum, regardless of ability, fucking show graft, desire and balls.
Tavs in horrific form himself. Worst since he's been here. 
He isn't the type of captain to grab people by the scruff of the neck and rattle a few. He pretty much leads by example but his levels are dogshite. Looks like he's lost it.
Gio needs gone though.

Board need hounded. Gio needs hounded and at least 50% of our squad need to fucking have a look at their attitudes and application.
 
 

Hoping I can manage to watch more than 30mins without patching it and watching something else less painful.
