Best transfer window in so long.  Never imagined I would ever talking about Aaron Ramsey as a Rangers player but it shows just how big our club is that we can still attract top class players while playing in the SPL!
 

I find it totally depressing that we’re even having to talk about losing to this mob. 
Player for player, we’re miles ahead and should be taking care of this game no problem.
However, given how poor our players’ attitude and approach has been in games this season, we’ve let them back in and allowed the tide to turn somewhat.
Losing the title to this mhanks team would be unforgivable.  The players need to step up, tune in and grow a set.

Nothing but an attacking line up for this.  We are shit at setting up to sit back and contain the opposition.  

Manager can only do so much. Some of the players need to have a long look in the mirror and remind themselves who they are playing for and victory is the only outcome.

We sat back and invited them to attack.   Cock ups cost us goals but they would never have been in a position to take advantage of cock ups if we had kept up the pressure.

Its the lack of depth and drop in form too. No Helander, Balogun, Bassey out of position, Barisic & Mcgregor dropped in form. Totally different dynamic with Tav and Barisic sitting further back, so no Jack and Kamara filling the gaps and stopping it even getting to the CB's. It all encourages errors. Surprised its not happened more. Hivs semi and today have been the only real shockers from that perspective.

- Itten starting again when he was disgusting on Weds, disgusting again today
- The back 5 were absolutely atrocious it’s time to bring Souttar in NOW if we don’t have another fit CB to play instead of Bassey. Also time for McGregor to drop to the bench and McLaughlin to play as number 1 and if he’s not good enough then play McCrorie and buy a new number 1 in the summer 
- Sakala’s miss when played through by Kent was just fucking rank rotten 
- Kamara fannying about at the end gifting them a corner OUT OF NOTHING

Clancy needs removed from football, he is a fucking shambles. We didn’t deserve anything just incase it seems like an excuse, very poor but he wasn’t in control of the game and costs teams constantly. Not just us.

Shocking from Liverpool.  Can’t see Liverpool being so bad again and all in all a good result against a resolute Arsenal defensive set up.  Looking forward to a trip to the smoke for the second leg.  Arsenal will have to come out of their shell which will open things up.
