Anybody who sings TBB or Super Rangers on Thursday cannot claim to have Rangers best interests at heart. It’s as simple as that tbh. 
I’ve no doubts Thursday will be a special night though 

I've never lived in Scotland. I'm from mid Wales, during my youth I always was hounded by Welsh nationalists in this area and I hated it. I've never connected with the celtic Welsh identity. And always seen my self as British rather than Welsh. I have  Welsh parents. English born. Scottish and Northern Irish family .
Because there isn't really any local clubs in my area. I didn't really support a team for the early years of my life. I'd go to watch Aston Villa with my grandad. But that was it really.
 
When I saw Rangers play for the first time in like 2007-2008. I fell Iove with the culture of the club. Whilst most of my friends supported top 6 EPL teams. I'd actually found a club that spoke to my identity, A club that I loved and wanted to be apart of no matter what  And ever since then I've been Rangers through and through
 
There is nothing I love more than Rangers FC. I travel up from Wales whenever I can. And Ill ways stick with this club. Through the 3rd div. Through annything.
 
Rangers means my identity. Rangers is who I am. And I'm so thankful for the Rangers support for accepting me into the club with open arms. 
Whilst I wasn't born into a Rangers family. I've felt like I was chosen to support this great club. Without Rangers life would be horrible. 

I said it in the other thread but watching Gerrard passionately celebrate our goals as one of us is unreal.

Fuck Scotland and the SFA,  And why should I choose not to see England do well?    The have a glorious national anthem for one would you not agree? 
In fact I like to see Wales and Northern Ireland do well also as I support all the home nations except the team that isn't run by the SFA.   The only team I wish Scotland to beat is the ROI, I hope every cunt else hammers them and would be happy if none of our players ever risked injury again playing for the tarrier infested lot. 

I've already gone past the stage of despising the country of my birth, I'm probably a lost cause in terms of ever wanting to feel Scottish if I'm being honest, I was actually pleased when Cyprus equalised against Scotland last week only to feel gutted when Scotland snatched the winner.

This is bang on. Let's be honest he knows his Rangers career has a matter of weeks left but he still gave everything, and by all accounts turned in a very good performance, in a bounce match against a Liverpool youth side. Speaks volumes about his attitude.

Like Glasgow, Liverpool has a pretty even split f taigs and Prod's. Yes Liverpool do have taigs in their support, mainly due to young taigs switching allegiances in the days of Liverpool winning everything, but Everton ARE the taig club there. Well published, Everton were founded by Saint Domingo's Church and Liverpool by an Orangeman John Houlding. However Liverpool were not founded along sectarian lines, albeit they never signed an Irish Catholic until 1979. Ask any new found Liverpudlian acquaintance if he is blue or red and if blue he WILL proudly tell you first he is Roman Catholic then of course it has to be the blue. They are nearly as taigy as our very own malcontents.
Outside this backwater and NI, the colour blue does not represent nor perceived as Protestant or Unionist, but some mistakently think it is.

FFS folk getting their knickers in a twist because Stevie talks about Liverpool in an interview on his documentary about playing for (wait for it) Liverpool. ??
In that same interview he talks about his love for Rangers and the way his family have taken the club to their hearts, but all we get is the Liverpool haters having their hate. 
Grow up folks. 

What makes me laugh is your defence of this. First they denied any info was held in this matter, then lied about their involvement. When challenged they tried to turn things into some kind of sectarian plot against them, blackening the character of anyone questioning their motives, whilst still denying any intervention took place. Finally we have proof not only that they did indeed ride roughshod over due process but tried to cover this up. Sometimes your use of paranoid to try and deflect from the issue just makes you look foolish. There is most certainly a grand plan here to stop the Fanzone and an even more elaborate plan to try and hide their tracks. It hasn’t worked and they are now being challenged   about their involvement. Except of course by people like yourself that is who, would rather blame fellow Bears for being “paranoid” than actually come out and blame the parties involved for having an agenda against the Club.

Genuinely can't tell the difference between Scotland fans and yessers.
They all cut about in the same gear: kilts, Scotland top, tartan hat or army cap they haven't earned on their head, shouting anti English bile and being an embarrassment to the nation. 
Can all gtf as far as I'm concerned. 

It is decent work by 1872 - it is good that we have people willing to do this work and the Club should back it robustly. It is an unsurprising state of affairs and I hope it gradually unravels and they all fall one by one. I wouldn't only include the councillors but also the SNP - I know there is debate on here about how there can be disconnect between voting for them and our background but for me nobody who follows Rangers or believes in the UK should ever in any capacity consider voting for them. They are a large part of the attacks on our club and culture in recent years and have become a haven for those with views against us who have jumped ship from their own parties to the independence bandwagon to continue their agendas.  
I have to say also, if the shoe was on the other foot I couldn't see myself objecting to celtic setting up a Fanzone. It is their ground and their community - provided the local community want it what business is it of mine to object. But then I'm not rabid, bitter and more interested in my rivals and trying to undermine them than care about my own club. 
We are better than them historically and better as a group. We need to stay proper, strong and resolute and they will be exposed and fall over time.  

I’ve not problem with people in power disliking or hating us but it should never ever be part of any decision making in a professional capacity which is just criminal in my eyes.
I really hope the board are working on a hard hitting no nonsense statement, we need this to gain momentum as it’s scandalous.
The sooner the corrupt SNP fucks are out of power the better, again if you vote for SNP and support Rangers you need your head examined.

I’m a Rangers fan first and foremost but always have followed Liverpool been to some games at anfield and have been lucky enough to watch Gerrard play. For me he is the best midfielder of his generation and a legend. Iv also read both his books and u can tell the passion he has for the game and for Liverpool. 

No one believes me when I say he was my favourite non-Rangers player ever.
There are older fans on here who may remember Pele, or have a soft spot for Dalgleish.
There are younger fans on here watching the modern game who may adore Ronaldo or Messi.
But Steven Gerrard's passion for club and country should never be overlooked. He never acted like a cunt. He was a true professional footballer. He was at Liverpool for years while his English playmates jumped ship from their respective clubs. He understands the game from playing as a kid to playing at the highest level. His attitude is cleary respected by the English media. 
But some friends and workmates think I only respect him because he is our manager.
 
Anyway, this is a longwinded way of asking what you thought of him as a player? Highlights... low points...?

Lived in England 25yrs. 90% positive reaction when folk find out I'm Rangers (10% are plastic paddy scum fucks).
Since our treatment over admin and the rise of SNP I feel MUCH more comfortable supporting England than Scotland. Feels weird in some ways but we are much more in tune with England than Scotland in terms of our traditional British values. Scotland is barely recognisable to me now tbh. So I've been standing in the pub with my English mates wearing the three lions with, yes, PRIDE.

I love seeing it flying but any time I do it’s akways bittersweet for me as the first thing that comes into my head is that it will be down rapid in a day or two and replaced with the nationalist saltire 
people can get offended at me saying it’s a nationalist symbol all they want but a flag is only as good as the people who fly it - it’s been claimed by them and it’s got to the point I hate seeing it unless it’s on a poll next to a union flag or on a loyalist parade 
I don’t even feel the saltire represents me in the slightest - for years now
