  1. Yesterday he said about assessing and improving the players that are here now. I think he had to as he can’t just come in and say they are all going.

I think some of our first team players might be good squad players if they can show they have the right mentality and attitude to be here (though the last scum games say otherwise).

He’ll have met the squad I believe and will be getting videos from the analysis team for each of the games.

The best way to know the people side of things will be to work closely with the players each day but he can’t do that yet therefore it will have to be an ability, work rate and desire decision based on the 3 games.

That's Stevie Gerrard's message to us.

You have my backing son.  Lets get this club back to the top again.

    Let's fucking go!!! ??????

Suspect he probably wanted to say that part too.

He seems to have a fire in his belly for this and certainly rather than talking about hydration levels and creating an atmosphere where people are comfortable etc. He speaks about challenges and facing them head on.

Time will tell if he can do it but as far as initial impressions are concerned I’m delighted with the attitude.

Listening to the heart and hand daily update just now. David Edgar saying he was told from someone close to Murray that he's been wanting to resign for a while now to concentrate on other things. He said Murray isn't keen on Gerrard and wanted an established and experienced manager. He also said Murray wanted us to go back in for McInnes.....

Sounds like King and Park don’t feel we are ahead of the curve anymore and if people still wanting mcinnes (or wanted murty) as manager are off the board now then all the better.

  4. Someone needs to get us over the line and rather than bring up more youths it’s best to leave it to JN since he clearly disagreed with Murty.

There is no way a new manager will take over with 3 games to go and I don’t think for a second the next manager will come in and say “I want Nicholl  and Johansson as my back room team “ so they’ll do their part or see us through the last 3 games and then be on their way when a new manager comes in over the summer.

Id be delighted to see a formation change and a real fire and fight in the players but  that’s probably just wishful thinking.

  5. To put youngsters into a toxic situation is most likely going to damage their prospects. It’s far better to put them into a functioning team.

However, they are functioning as a team so if the full youth squad were to play then it might be different but the expectation levels would need to be lowered massively.

I know we are all raging after Sunday but knee jerk reactions like this rarely work.

Besides Graeme Magoo will most likely play the same starting lineup as Sunday apart from Morelos back in for Cummings.

  6. If you’re going to ban manager and players from talking to the press after the game surely a board statement is required.

To go to your rivals ground and lose 5-0 in another shambolic and pathetic performance and nothing be said at all is beyond unacceptable. I didn’t want to hear murty say we will learn, the players are hurting etc. If I’m honest, nor did I want to hear any of the players but the board needed to release a statement of some kind. Absolute circus of a board.

Was out for a drink with the wife tonight and have just got home to see this thread. Just fucking wrong, that picture of Murty is actively trolling the whole of our support. Disgusted that it’s okay to have an awards night in the back of a fucking drilling from those manky cunts.

The award for the players should be their collective P45s.

Can you imagine the employees at TSB having an awards do the night of their fuck up last week?

I think in recognition of such a dramatic failure of a season the players should dock their own wages and pay back the fans for the performance today and staying at home trying to find a new club for themselves next season.

  8. Wasn’t there a thistle player that tweeted he was embarrassed to be nominated for player of the year for them after the season they have had?

Shame none of the shitebags in our squad (who are paid far more than any thistle player) couldn’t have the decency or honour to say something like that.

To a “man” a bunch of sissy fuckwit shitebags

Has to walk after today surely. Don't care who's in charge after today. Should never of been in this position in the first place and it's the boards fault but I think he is actually having a negative effect on the dressing room

He can’t blame Wallace and Miller for not getting the players up for it AGAIN and for playing the same shite formation AGAIN.

if he doesn’t walk then he’ll be chased out, i’ll Have zero respect for him....nice guy and stepping up and being thrown under the bus aside just fucking do the honourable thing and leave

  10. Up there with McCoist thinking he did well getting us up the leagues.

Id ask him to watch the scum game again and then just try and tell anyone he’s done a good job.

As I’ve said before I do not want him anywhere in our hierarchy once the season is over the spineless, conflict avoiding, always saying he’s learning never learning,  delusional mini Warburton moron.

Wait a minute fellow Bears, didn't most of you boo and slag Steven Naismith when he appeared on the pitch at Ibrox last week?

Lafferty got a more muted reception, so Davis and McShagger should get pelters also.  So if you hate Naisie the you should feel the same about Shagger.

Not that I want to tread this path again but Naismith and Whittaker were the first to jump ship and see that they could get moves to England for a free and did their press conference where Naismith said:

”The loyalty I had was with Rangers. I’ve never met anyone from Sevco since it’s been formed. And I don’t think I could have moved forward on those terms.

“Will I ever come back and support the new club? I haven’t thought about it. Like a lot of Rangers fans, I’m just thinking short-term rather than long-term.”

McGregor left sure, but he left after them and at least didn’t pull a stunt like that press conference.
