Get Lawrence and Wright off asap. Decision to start Lawrence over Cantwell was a fucking joke 

Probably in the minority but this is it for me as well. Need players who are comfortable with the ball at their feet and who can make things happen. Dessers does a decent job of holding it up, and can cause issues, I just feel Silva opens up a lot more for us in attack and does a better job of pressing. 
 
Trust the manager to get it right with whoever starts. Any eleven we field will be capable of winning, as always it’ll come down to who wants it more.

Dessers needs benched for the run-in starting from Saturday. Need to somehow find a way of playing without him or his inability to take chances will cost us the title. Silva up top.

He’s not a target man, he’s not physical, his link up is poor, his press is shite, he has no pace, he can’t finish, he can’t head the ball. The goals he’s scored other than 2 or 3 have been mis-hits, deflections or straight at the keeper who’s made a cunt of it. 9 times out of 10 against a half decent defence he is completely nullified as a threat and will be pocketed by Carter Vickers against them. No harm to the guy but he is clearly and undeniably miles from the standard required for this run-in.

This is a myth that's grown arms and legs for me. He doesn't. He's not lazy but he it's just a positive people are desperate to find. 

Think they still need a result in the next round for that to happen.

We're going to have to play Dessers against Dundee and Hibs and rely on other players scoring. We can't carry him against the scum.

My biggest worry is that Dessers has offered less than nothing for 4 or 5 games now that his goal scoring anomaly is over. We're coming into the crunch of the season and we're absolutely impotent.

Game was there for us tonight. Unfortunately Silva trying to do too much on the ball, Dessers anonymous as usual and Matondo came on and hid for 20 mins. Lawrence and Diomande looked out on their feet second half and gave up cheap possession. Crazy set up at our corners didn’t help either. As much as I’m gutted, might be a blessing for the title fight. 

We've been the better team.
All season we've lost big games because we haven't got a decent finisher, same against the taigs.

Obviously not on Twitter. The whole of Scottish football is basically saying it’s a massive robbery.
Of all the decisions in the game the absolute clearest correct decision was the red card. No idea how a player running full pelt and lunging two footed off the ground can be seen as not a red ?  The second yellow was a bit tough but he was really lucky not to see yellow for pushing an injured player off the pitch. He was told to calm down and then swings his arms around. Head was gone. 

Mental that he dummied Diomandes pass because he himself didn’t trust his own ability to stay onside when he actually was. Quite literally sums the guy up

Great performance by Lundstram tonight

Well, that is him gone. A beautiful service and cremation at Masonhill, attended by a small private crowd, but everyone of them a family member or genuine friend. Ironically, Masonhill is where his childhood hero turned later friend Johnny Hubbard is buried. And we were at his funeral. 
I am humbled by all the heartfelt comments from everyone here, THANK YOU. My Mum was in tears when I showed her this thread. When his own mother died in Aug 88, IMO his taking me to the football heloed him cope and take his mind off his pain. It was days before the 5-1 drubbing of them, and I dont think till then I never saw him happier than that Saturday, but then we were all so happy that day lol.

I’m buzzing we’ve come away with a good result but if you’ve played football and aren’t pissed off at how ineffective Dessers was tonight (again), I’m assuming your level was left back for your school team.
