TheYellowSubmarine 22
couldn't see this posted so .. SPURS boss Harry Redknapp has tied up a £4million deal to sign Rangers defender Madjid Bougherra in January. Redknapp wants more defensive cover as neither skipper Ledley King nor Jonathan Woodgate are able to train flat out. Algeria international Bougherra joined Gers after a season at Charlton but the Glasgow club are willing to move him on at a profit. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport...Mad-for-it.html

BRITNEY IS NOT FEELING IT 8,293
Think Harry's having a Del boy moment The Boughie is as good as King,Woodgate ,if not better, Thus meaning Harry's valuation is out, international player going to the world cup, unlike any of his central defenders, unless king makes it into the England squad as a bit part player ,or someone gets injured, 6-8 million then we can deal WATP

Ferdasyn 431
Redknapp sure seems interestedin Rangers these days. Instead of taking all our players he should come and manage them after Walter leaves

caseyjones 3,009
Spurs or not, he'll be gone in January. The question is will he play for us against Aberdeen?

StevenDavis 112
£4m plus Alan Hutton? Hm.... Depends if we get most of the £4m to buy another cb!
Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Spurs wanting Boogie due to a lack of fit defenders, blah blah blah, yet he would be losing him for the month of January and possibly part of February...
j1mgg 3,766
I think a straight swap for hutton would be fine as long as they have paid all the money owed to us.
AdzKyle 8,101
I'd prefer a swap for Huddlestone rather than Hutton!! We can keep dreaming though
Dextor 0
I'd prefer a swap for Huddlestone rather than Hutton!! We can keep dreaming though Apparantly we were offered Huddlestone as part of the Hutton deal but knocked it back preferring cash! The Sun appear to be claiming a deal has actually been struck, surely he's worth more than £4m.
ShootSpeedKillLight 0
No way we should be selling him in January. If he leaves in summer then so be it, but letting him go in January would be suicide.
SammyEnglish 48
cash+ hutton would be a great deal for us, but if hutton is not part of the deal i'd be looking for at least £8 million.

The Sun appear to be claiming a deal has actually been struck, surely he's worth more than £4m. He's worth whatever someone will pay for him. As far as I'm concerned he's not a patch on Cuellar, or Boumsong before him, so we will not be getting those sort of figures. His heart isn't in it as far as Rangers are concerned, so we may as well cash in.
