Unfortunately we are not a forum full of highly skilled scouts. And as already mentioned, had he joined McCoist would've likely turned him in to a fat lazy passenger. Maybe he just needed someone like Ranieri to believe in his ability. With a different manager who knows, but sometimes a player can feel more at ease with the right manager. I hope he inspires players who feel they have achieved all they're going to go by their mid-twenties. Vardy is living the dream, and good on him.
