Sobatai 70
Away an pish in the sink, ah gave you a rep your gonna need it. That's jolly generous of you. But as a post above shows, a humiliated SFA has a far harsher sanction in the armoury, which is the point I was making. It's not a sanction I would see it using, but such is the humiliating outcome of this case that it may have no choice.
jimgers 565
That's us off our knees now and a swift kick in the baws back too all the corrupt bassas at the SFA.
spireblue 229
To confirm: The Judge referred it back to the Appeals tribunal and gave 3 reasons for this.1,its a matter of some urgency and will be quicker to send back to appeals than original hearing2,the court was only asked to look at 'additional sanction'-no argument over fine or fact that Rangers brought game in to disrepute.3,The appeal tribunal itself can refer case back to original disciplinary tribunal if they think it's necessary. Sobatai 70
O'Rhegans position now surely untenable? You would have to think so. The whole position of the SFA as a governing body is bordering on being untenable.

Ivybank 4,588
The S F A will try and hammer us now because of this . Now we will see if they are impartial or ( as wee think ) out to get us . As the song goes No one likes us we don't care .this, they will use one of their other legal sanctions and expel us from the league no doubt.to the three bastards who imposed the ban giruy! CHAMPS4LIFE 86
Grant Russell @STVGrantFIFA said just before verdict passed that Scottish FA will be told to take action so club "withdraws its request from the ordinary courts".Grant Russell @STVGrantFIFA eyes now on Scottish FA to uphold their rulebook and punish Rangers for taking this matter to court.
