***The Official Brechin City v Rangers Thread***

They're playing the game that we should be playing.

Sit back and hit on the break.

We don't seem to have any ideas how to break their defence :disappointment:

Thats exactly how every team will approach playing us, we will be ran ragged for most games, so we do really need some creativity and a cutting edge to beat teams.

At least this gives us fair warning about the league campaign. The triumphalism displayed by some on here, with their ideas that we will break every record going, win every game 5-0 etc, was never a good idea. The next few months are going to be tough, but at least they'll be tough on the pitch, not off it. Let's be glad for that.

I'd get Goian off for Cole, and get Black off as well, he isn't long back from a hernia and wont last the game. 1 of the younger guys should be coming off too, they have fallen away this half. We need some fresh legs on.

Neg rep by mistake mate

Will fix (tu)

Digisport claims Dorin Goian has signed with Dan Petrescu's Kuban Krasnodar and will join the team shortly.

Playing today like he is already away.

He obviously didn't sign during the match, if this is true he should be nowhere near the first team line up. It will be brilliant to get him off the wage bill and give Ally the chance to bring in someone who wants to be here.
