all this "don't send him to Aberdeen" stuff - do people forget where we got Ricky Foster on loan from? Were you up in arms about that as well?

Taking players off them is one thing, I would be totally against giving them a player to help them out.

There is also the possibility that he would get sll sorts of abuse up there. Not something I would be keen on risking with our youngsters.

why not? think their running low on cash to spend on players but still need bolstering. We need players off the wage bill, i'm all for it.

Because he is barely good enough for the level we are at never mind the SPL.

He wouldn't get any more game time there than he would here.

I agree with this.

I don't rate Aird based on what I've seen to date. I'd be happy for him to go on loan although not to Aberdeen.

Hopefully this is not true. If we start sending promising youth players to a higher level to get experience then it really will epitomise whats wrong with this management.

I know we sent Macausland and Hemmings away last year but we should keep playing our youngsters, simply no better time to do it still.

Besides, he'll be needed until September at least anyway won't he?
