I think the best thing that happened to Arsenal was Walcott getting injured, honestly believe they will drop down a bit if they bring him back into the team.

Sagna is performing better because he has space to run into and the extra man on the right coming in has been a huge help to Arsenal centrally, not to mention Sagna is getting more defensive protection.

The team has a far better balance without Walcott in it.

Arsenal only finished 5 points off 2nd place last season and 2 points off 3rd, they finished above spurs while scoring more and conceding less, since last season city have had GK troubles, chelsea havent done much to their squad except watch their defenders get older, and arsenal have improved their squad, meanwhile spurs sold the guy that gave them a massive portion of their goals and points last season
