This team is fine when the flow of the game is going our way. We look a good team, capable of scoring, when its "happening".

The problem is as soon as it isn't happening, we've nobody that seems able to force the issue and make it happen.

That is down to the players, and the mentality instilled on the team.

Over a season, we might see a dozen games that play out similar to today. If we are to have league winning ambitions we need to look at finding a way to win 90% of those type of games. I've no faith we could even take half points from them.

We have no one in Midfield who can shoot!   Same story for years,  not one player you would bet on hitting the target 25 yards out.

No one in the middle to head the ball so pointless crossing.

Miller is finished.... why does every manager insist on him playing, surely there is a better options to motivate, encourage and actually provide something to the team.

Another shite weekend.

Who cares how all our ex players did .They proved they were losers and there is no going back from that

Agreed. That result was bad enough without all the bunny boilers swooning over duds that couldn't make the grade with us.

A manager who hasn't a clue what he's doing and like the last dud settles for pass pass pass with no emphasis on players expressing themselves, taking  a man on and therefore letting the majority of the team hide their way through the ninety minutes.

Fucking abysmal.

Where do we go from here?

Do we change managers every 6 month till we find the man for the job? No chance we would be looking at 12-13 in a row if that happens

Do we keep Pedro? If we want to finish 5th aye

Is there any manager out there who we can get to turn this around? Name them

Rock and a hard place comes to mind

Until this board match the scum pound for pound we will not challenge. The board are not in a position to do that and the manager will not be changed, so you either live with it or howl at the moon.

The players are a step up in quality, but not enough to get through days like this when the oppo parks the bus.

Miller has become part of the problem.

We will get better, of that I'm sure, but expectations will need to be dampened or major disappointment awaits.

We are adorning the stadium with plastic ffs, so try and read the signs and it aint fucking pound signs.

I've supported Pedro in the past but he made a lot of bad calls again in that second half. Bringing on Niko when we needed pace in behind and then leaving Miller to wonder around aimlessly when Hardie coming on for him would've been the logical substitution. Pedro's running out of time to fix things or we get rid and try again for next season.

Absolutely. Against teams like that you have to shoot, shoot and shoot again to get sniffs of the goal, deflections, rebounds, corners, in offs. Sick fed up the crossing into the box that comes to nothing. We've seen it for literally years now.

So it's unrealistic to expect us to beat a newly promoted hibs and a managerless hearts team at home?

Fuck off mate

I'd start by never playing niko or Miller again, ever.

Both players now past it.

You certainly cannot have both on the park, playing in midfield.

Niko wasn't exactly mobile before the injury, but... he's even less now. Miller, whilst still relatively fit and quick, has lost the explosiveness of the first 2-3yds pace that a player like him needs - that is normal at his age but..... he is a guy who's game was built around industry, energy and short quick bursts and well.... it's not a playing style suited to being 38yrs old.

Neil Warnock is the man we should have had instead of Pedro.

Absolute disgrace we have a 38 year old striker playing in CM when we spent millions on a player who is nowhere near the first team.
